Because Talmage Prefers Caillou to Sesame Street

Can anyone explain to me why a "boy who's four" who each day he "grows some more" is still bald and talks like he's two?

    Yeah I have thought about that too. Max always loved that show, Zac always said "why does Caillou look like a baby?"
